AUG. 16-18, 2010 / ARAB AL. - CLOSE PROTECTION / Executive Protection BASIC/QUALIFICATION COURSE 3-DAY / $175   (Must register by: Aug. 7, 2010)

CRIPT Academy in conjunction with Close Protection Group, LLC out of Guntersville AL will be running this Basic CP/EP Qual Course in anticipation of future contracts in various locations in the US. Students who successfully complete the 3 day course will be interviewed for possible consideration on future contracts. Attending this course in NO WAY guarantees a future offer of employment or contracts. All attendees should bring an updated and detailed resume. This 3 day course was developed to fit the needs of Law Enforcement, Security Organizations, Private Organizations, and Corrections. With the nation's elevated awareness in terrorism and the increase in violent crime,  prisoner escapes, and threats against high profile individuals and organizations...a specialized training program is crucial for those potentially in harm's way. Threatened entities turn to  Law Enforcement or contracted Security Organizations for help. Professional and effective Close Protection requires specialized training in various areas. Practical uses include Executive Protection Details, PSD, VIP visits, Personal security requests, Prisoner escorts & transfers, Event security, Perimeter security, Riot / Demonstrations / Strikes, and making threat assessments.

AUG. 24, 2010/ CADILLAC MI. - NO LIGHT LOW LIGHT TACTICS /MCOL APPROVED!  $240 (Must register by: Aug. 10, 2010))

This 1 day (12 HOUR) course is designed to teach the student safe and effective Low Light/No Light Tactics for situations encountered by Patrol Officers on a routine basis. Included in the course is a Live Fire training block under Low Light / No Light conditions designed to familiarize the Officer with the differences and challenges of “shoot” situations encountered under twilight & darkness situations…the time of day when most Officer involved shootings occur. CRIPT Academy will accomplish the desired training goals through minimum lecture and maximum practical application drills including repetitive dry drills, force on force scenarios specific to “Low Light / No Light” events, and Live Fire drills specific to “Low Light / No Light” events. The class schedule includes 3 separate 4 hour training blocks so that the use of twilight and darkness for range drills may be used. Class times are calendar dependent. Our Instructors will continuously incorporate their actual real world experiences, the importance of professional service, effective tactics, and the need for continuous training and teamwork building exercises.

SEPT. 10, 2010 / ROBINSON IL. - SMALL UNIT TACTICS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT / FULL-CLOSED

The information and tactics provided in this program are valuable tools for the Patrol Officer from any size department. Many dynamic and dangerous situations faced by Officers today require a speedy, effective, and sound response. The scenarios covered in our program will prepare the Officer to face these situations with the proper tactics and confidence to effectively resolve a number of situations. Many of the techniques taught can be adapted to a number of tactical situations to help keep Officers and civilians alive. Some topics to be covered include proper mindset & preparation, actions on contact, approaches & withdrawals, vehicle assault, high risk prisoner transport, and officer down rescue. This 1 day dynamic course is a crash course on effective rifle/carbine tactics incorporating multiple advanced shooting drills modeled after actual firefight incidents. A lecture block of instruction includes proper mindset and After Action Reports of actual gunfights. We have partnered with ERGSS, an organization specializing in tactical trauma care, to present this 1 day program focusing in the areas of field casualty care and evacuation of the wounded. The emphasis of this course is on providing medical aid / self aid combined with effective tactics to evacuate wounded from hostile situations. Once received we will email you a detailed information sheet regarding the course location and items you will need. TO PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER email trainers@cript-academy.com with your name, address, telephone, and course(s) you would like to register for. Once received our administration department will email you a registration form to print, complete, and mail along with your registration fee. You will also be sent a detailed information sheet regarding the course location and items you will need. 

After we receive your registration a CRIPT Academy representative will contact you via email / phone to confirm your registration. Registered students will receive details of the course, required gear, location, and lodging assistance upon confirmation. Registration fees must be paid in order to secure a slot in the course. Courses have a limited number of student slots and may require approval for non Law Enforcement or Military personnel. Cancellations less than 15 days prior to scheduled course will receive a 50% refund of the paid fees. Registration fees can be transferred to other courses up to 15 days prior to a scheduled course. CRIPT Academy reserves the right to deny any registrations.
